We are serious about the abuse of our digital content and support copyright claims that we are in possession of evident proof at our website. This page describes the copyright complaints procedure as set out by DIGITIMES, and how it is addressed.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email, with the subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request". So that we can expedite your request, include the following information in your notice:
A description of the infringing material and information about it, that is reasonably sufficient to enable the Company's agent to identify the infringing material: Please provide us with a specific description of the content you believe is an infringement of your work, as well as any information that will help us locate that material on our Site.
Where on the website the infringing content is located on the website – You are not required to provide a URL in your counter-notification, but it helps. Link to the URL of the specific information and locate it and we will attempt to pass it onto the party responsible for the content.
Your name, address (choose one: your phone) and email should be attached to each submission.
Good faith statement: Believe in good faith that your work has been used without authorization.
Accuracy statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized by the copyright owner to make this notification.

Our Response to DMCA Takedown Notices

Upon notification of an alleged Copyright violation Wowlok will follow the procedure described below:
Verification: We're going to need to check out your notice and verify that it follows DMCA's requirements.
Action: Upon receipt of proper notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material immediately.
We will inform the content poster whose materials were removed, and afford them an opportunity to respond.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you are the user and believe your content was wrongly removed, please feel free to use our counter notice procedure. This counter-notification must include:
Your details: Name, address, phone number and email.
Description of infringing material to be removed: Description of what the user wants to get removed. Include the reference that points to said items on the Site, and a description where it existed before it was removed.
Good faith belief: In response to #3, indicate that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, including a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was blocked or removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
